largest aerospace companies. We are now recognised
as the growing centre of the country's Maintenance,
Repair and Overhaul (MRO) cluster with many of the
sector's key operators using it as their base including
BAE, GE Caledonian, Atlas, Ryanair, Woodward Aircraft
Control and Goodrich, making us a key centre for
aerospace activity in the UK.

companies and Scottish Enterprise Ayrshire’s
plan to spend several million pounds to help expand
the airport as part of the Glasgow Prestwick Airport
Development Zone initiative demonstrates the available
opportunities to relocators setting up at the Airport.
